Liz. Alpenschnee was born in 2014 at the Gurschler family in Sölden, Tyrol. He comes from a strong mother line; dam Aljana and granddam Alyshia are elite mares, granddam Alysha and great-granddam Amoni are both Predicate mares. Sire is the three-time world champion Liz. Abendstern.
Liz. Alpenschnee became National Reserve Champion in 2018. In 2023, he became National Champion.
As a sire he has more than proven his qualities. He is the sire of three approved stallions and has produced several champions at premium inspections.
Alpenschnee is successfully brought out in dressage by Vera Sol. He was the youngest Haflinger stallion in the Netherlands (not yet six years old) to achieve the sport predicate by winning 5 points in the Z-1. Within a year, Vera went through the Alpenschnee L, M and Z1. As an 8-year-old he reached the ZZ-heavy with Vera and as a 9-year-old the Prix St. Georges. As far as can be ascertained, he is the only active breeding Haflinger stallion who has reached this level.
